Custom conversational AI

AI phone agents
connected to your business.

We build the voice agent and the integration behind it. Answer incoming calls, connect callers to your HighLevel calendar and contacts, and keep the conversation available for your team.

Built from hands-on conversational AI experience. Built by Hunter Eastman-Weishaar, who operated a nationwide network of AI SMS agents at 4 Pillars and introduced CRM automation across its franchise organization.

Made for the work behind the call

A conversation that
moves work forward.

NBS AI brings the voice agent and the integration together, so the next step can happen in the systems your team uses.

Answer and understand

Give callers a voice agent configured for your business. Handle incoming conversations and capture what was said with speech transcription.

Find a time. Make the booking.

Check availability in a connected HighLevel calendar, confirm the caller’s choice, and create an appointment with their contact details.

Keep the CRM in the conversation

Create or match a contact as part of booking, link calls to contact records, and save follow-up requests where your team works.

Leave your team the context

Review saved call reports and transcripts in the NBS AI dashboard. See the conversation behind the next step.

Twilio routes the call to OpenAI Realtime. NBS AI runs calendar and contact tools on the server, then saves the call report for your team to review.

    NBS AI dashboard

Outbound calls use Vapi. The OpenAI Realtime flow above handles inbound calls. HighLevel is the current CRM integration; other systems are scoped separately.

Built around your calls. We scope the business knowledge, booking rules and follow-up your agent needs, then test realistic calls before launch—including interruptions, spoken contact details and what happens when a booking cannot be completed.

A few practical details

Before we talk.

How is this different from NBS CRM?

NBS CRM offers HighLevel’s conversational AI with business-specific setup. NBS AI is our custom voice integration service, connecting Twilio and OpenAI Realtime to server-side tools and your business workflows. We’ll help you choose the scope that fits the work.

Can you improve an existing voice agent?

Yes. We can review its conversation flow, business instructions and integrations, then assess newer voice models against your calls. We test interruptions, names and numbers, booking accuracy and response time before recommending a model change.

Which CRM does NBS AI connect to?

The current integration supports HighLevel contacts, calendars, and appointment booking. If your business uses another system, tell us about it so we can assess the integration you need.

Can the agent make outbound calls?

NBS AI has an outbound calling path through Vapi. The OpenAI Realtime integration shown above handles inbound calls. We’ll discuss the appropriate provider and workflow for your setup.

Can my team review the conversations?

The client dashboard includes saved call reports and transcripts. Recording playback is available when a recording is captured and available for that call.

What do we need to get started?

Start with the types of calls you want to handle, the calendar and CRM you use, and what should happen afterward. We’ll use that conversation to scope the agent, integrations, and review process.
